ALPHA TECHNOLOGIES RECEIVES SCTE CHAIRMAN'S AWARD

Bellingham, Wash., July 1, 1999 - Alpha Technologies was awarded the coveted SCTE Chairman’s Award at this year’s Cable-Tec Expo held in Orlando, Florida.

The Chairman’s Award is given each year to an organization, company, or individual that has performed an outstanding job in supporting the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers. This award was presented to Alpha in recognition of outstanding contribution, innovation and commitment to the industry.

Alpha Chairman and CEO, Fred Kaiser, and Kevin Eicher, Southeastern Regional Sales Manager, accepted the award at the SCTE’s annual awards luncheon that has become an anticipated part of the Cable-Tec Expo festivities.
