FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Vancouver, Canada, March 21, 2006 - Argus Technologies, announces the release of a new outdoor battery enclosure, the Tempest Te20b. This new enclosure allows more battery power in a compact footprint.

The Te20b is an innovative environmentally controlled outdoor enclosure that provides maximum backup power. Service providers will save money and reduce the consumption of valuable lease space with this cabinet's ability to house 10 battery strings at 24Vdc or 5 strings at 48Vdc. Each Te20b can accommodate up to 20 batteries in a single, secure cabinet solution at the maximum battery configuration.

"With the extensive growth in wireless networks worldwide, the Te20b is a natural extension in Argus' wide range of small footprint outdoor enclosures for wireless applications," commented Doug Wicks, Product Manager.

Inside the Te20b's rugged, graffiti-resistant exterior, optimal battery temperature is maintained with an integrated solar shield, heater, and air conditioner. A solid steel internal equipment rack and a non-corrosive, light aluminum exterior, ensures the Tempest Te20b's structural integrity. The exterior is fully protected with security switches, pad-lockable doors, and intrusion alarms.
