Bellingham, Wash., February 28, 2006 - Power systems manufacturer G.B. Enterprises (GBE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Cerar to the position of Vice President and General Manager.

Mr. Cerar brings a wealth of expertise to his position at GBE, including senior management roles in Purchasing, QA, and Manufacturing Engineering. Previously, Mr. Cerar was the Director of Operations for three separate manufacturing facilities , generating 100 million dollars revenue per year.

In his new role, Mr. Cerar will be assuming responsibility for GBE's entire North America operations.

Steve comes to GBE with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering  (University of Central Florida).
