Bellingham, Wash., - Power system manufacturer Alpha Technologies has named Fixtronics Cable Repair Company as an Authorized Service Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Fixtronics Cable Repair Company, located in the Tatuape area of Sao Paulo, will be very beneficial for Alpha customers who need timely, local assistance with Alpha power products. Fixtronics has an excellent reputation for providing quality service to its customers and will provide repairs for a wide range of Alpha products.

Customers will have local, direct contact concerning both warranty and non-warranty issues. Alpha’s customers will also avoid having to re-export product to the United States and will not have to deal with customs/brokers, inland freights and associated language barriers.

This new local service center should greatly reduce service lead-time, and improve technical support in the region.
