Alpha Technologies Services Expands Its Network of Service Centers

Bellingham, Wash. October 6, 2009 - On August 1, 2009, Alpha Technologies Services (ATS) acquired ASC Electronics, a telecommunications equipment repair service company in Aiken, South Carolina, to better serve customers in the Southeastern market.
“Alpha Technologies Services is working to expand our reach around the country, and more importantly at the regional level,” said Fred Goodridge, Director of Technical Services for Alpha. “Pick-up and drop-off services are an important part of our business, and the longstanding reputation of ASC will integrate nicely with Alpha’s on-going mission. Our customers in the southeast can now take advantage of the same level of service they have come to expect from ASC, with the added confidence of working with the manufacturer to keep their network communications equipment alive.”
In becoming an ATS Depot, and a member of The Alpha Group, the Aiken location offers Alpha Certified repairs for RF Line Equipment, Headend Equipment, Test Equipment and Fiber Equipment, along with complete repair and refurbishment of Alpha Power Supplies. This direct affiliation with Alpha Group members - Alpha Technologies, Alpha Energy and Argus Technologies - ensures the latest product knowledge and repair information for our Southeastern customers.
The ATS Aiken location extends the pick-up and drop-off capabilities throughout the Southeast to help customers reduce turnaround time on equipment repairs.
