Bellingham, Wash. April 30, 2007 - A global leader in broadband power systems, and member of The Alpha Group, Alpha Technologies Services, Inc. recently announced the purchase of the CATV Services division of CE Labs, based in Garland, Texas.

The transition from CE Labs CATV Services to Alpha Technologies Services, Inc. is expected to be complete by the end of May 2007.

“The biggest change for our customers will be the name on the trucks,” Goodridge said. “Customers will continue to receive the same high level of service they’ve come to expect from the CE Labs technicians and from Alpha Technologies Services.”
