Alpha’s Outdoor Side Mount 6 Enclosure (AOES6) provides a secure and cost effective method of adding battery backup to any traffic enclosure system. For optimum battery life, the AOES6 enclosure has been engineered to minimize the temperature differential between batteries located within the enclosure.

The AOES6 enclosure is designed to fit on the side of most traffic controller cabinets. Any of Alpha Technology’s line of Novus FXM UPS can fit inside, providing you with a range of backup power from 650 to 2000W. The AOES6 enclosure can accommodate a wide variety of AlphaCell™ batteries allowing you the maximum possible range of backup time for your system. The NEMA 3R rating means the enclosure is able to protect its internal components from the harsh outdoor environment.
