Alpha Receives Caltrans Approval for Novus Traffic UPS

Bellingham, Wash., July 29, 2005 - Power system provider Alpha Technologies received approval from California’s Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the Novus 1000TP UPS.
This power supply is designed to provide AC backup power for traffic applications during utility outages.

Temperature-compensated charging maximizes battery life in the harsh, outside plant environment.
