ALPHA ADDS NEW SALES MANAGER IN LATIN AMERICA

Bellingham, Wash., November 16, 2001 - Power system manufacturer Alpha Technologies has expanded its sales force in Latin America to include a new locally based Regional Sales Manager. Marcos Bighetti has been added to the Alpha team to provide quality customer care for the expanding region.

Marcos Bighetti recently joined Alpha in Sao Paulo, Brazil and brings with him a history of successful relationships with customers throughout Brazil. Mr. Bighetti has been involved with sales and customer service for many years in the Brazilian cable industry and will prove a great benefit to Alpha. Working closely with Antonio Galvez, Alpha’s Sales Director for Latin America, Mr. Bighetti will provide support for Alpha’s existing and future customers.
