ALPHA NAMES NEW SERVICE CENTER IN MEXICO

Bellingham, Wash., November 15, 2000 - In a continuing effort to support growing business in Mexico, Alpha Technologies has added Non-Stop de Mexico SA de CV as a fully approved Alpha service center in the country.

Non-Stop Mexico will be a major benefit to customers who need timely, local assistance with Alpha power products. Non-Stop Mexico will provide repairs for the Mexican market covering Alpha’s wide range of cable TV and broadband power products. These include: APC Series, AM Series, XM Series, XM Series 2 and Genasys.

Customers will have local, direct contact concerning both warranty and non-warranty issues. Alpha’s customers will also avoid having to re-export product to the United States and will not have to deal with customs/brokers, inland freights and associated language barriers.

This new local service center should greatly reduce service lead time, and improve technical support in the region.
