Bellingham, Wash., November 21, 2001 - Power system manufacturer Alpha Technologies has added a new Business Development/Sales Manager to support Alpha’s ongoing growth in Europe.

Marjan Kortekaas has joined Alpha Technologies to manage the company’s activities in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Ms. Kortekaas will support all product lines including Broadband, Telecom, and AC/UPS applications.

Ms. Kortekaas has extensive experience in providing excellent service to customers in the European broadband industry. She will be based in Madrid, Spain and will report to Alpha's European headquarters in Harlow, UK.
