Alpha’s website provides straightforward navigation tools to locate information quickly and easily and incorporates SAP functionality that will enable customers to look up specific purchase orders and eventually allow products to be ordered online.

Alpha’s convenient order look-up function will give customers the autonomy to check the status of their order 24/7 by logging onto the website. This will also free up time for Alpha’s Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to work on time sensitive issues when customers require immediate assistance.

Alpha has also expanded the scope of the website to incorporate website links and descriptions for all of the companies that are considered Members of The Alpha Group. One website address now provides a gateway to all that “The Alpha Group” represents and has to offer: Alpha, Argus, Altair, Lectro, MTI and Com10.
