ALPHA ADDS SERVICE CENTER IN EASTERN CANADA

Bellingham, Wash., May 8, 2002 - Power system manufacturer Alpha Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of a new service center in Eastern Canada. Alpha has appointed Incospec Communications, Inc. to service Alpha clients in the Quebec region of Canada.

Based in Laval, Quebec, Incospec Communications will enhance the service needs of Alpha customers with complete technical service capabilities. Incospec maintains a well-equipped service department with qualified and experienced technologists and technicians. Incospec has been performing service and warranty work for the telecommunications industry since 1978.
