There was much to be seen at NXTcomm 2008 in Las Vegas this summer. Carriers and vendors alike showed up in good numbers to represent the present and future of the telecom industry.

This year we saw an even greater presence and technological advancement in IP-based broadband and FTTx PON services from several OEM’s.

The Argus booth had a good turnout of traffic and significant interest in our FTTx, customer premise and remote powering solutions. Argus has worked diligently to stay with the curve on ever-advancing telecom service technology, with a wide array of powering options to fit practically any current or next-generation requirements. Argus is also scoping and designing new powering solutions ideal for next-generation access equipment soon to hit the market.

There was also a major focus on green energy and various ecofriendly requirements. Argus is doing its part with a major focus on increased efficiency designs on all future and soon to be released power supplies. Decreasing energy waste and providing operational expenditure savings to our customers is another area of DC power where Argus Technologies is committed to being a worldwide leader.
