  • Installation, Turn Up and Test.
    Alpha can install, cutover and test all new UPS products at the installation site. This ensures the system is installed and working properly from the day of commissioning. Best of all, with competitive service pricing available for all Alpha products, system owners know exactly what this service will cost before they buy a product.
  • Basic and Emergency Service Plans.
    Multiple levels of service plans are available for all Alpha UPS systems. These plans provide for on-site troubleshooting and parts replacement and are billed annually. Emergency service plans provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week service. Alpha service plans provide a “no questions asked” solution to equipment service. Plans are available at reduced prices during the product warranty period and allow customers to prepay service plans at the time of purchase.
  • Preventative Maintenance.
    Preventative maintenance programs can improve reliability and extend battery life, and are available for all systems.
  • Battery Renewal.
    Customers who participate in preventative maintenance programs can include battery replacement as an option to their plan and thus avoid an unplanned lump sum expense as batteries expire.
  • Extended Warranty.
    Customers who service their own units can get replacement parts for an extended time at no charge through Extended Warranty plans. These plans include unlimited technical support throughout the life of the plan.
  • Ownership Plan.
    Customers can combine all of these service options into an ownership plan that includes financing of equipment, service and installation.
