In March 2008, Alpha Technologies Ltd. successfully completed the acquisition of the equipment repair division of Sentrex Communications Ltd. in Woodbridge, ON. This acquisition is part of an ongoing program by Alpha to expand its customer and product support services.

As a company that values timely service and support for its customers, the Sentrex equipment repair division was a natural fit into our plans to directly support our products in the Ontario market. By listening to the needs of our customers we, as a company, are able to serve them better and have a stronger business relationship with them.

The Sentrex repair division had operated as an Authorized Alpha Service Center for more than 17 years providing service and support for Alpha Power products.
