The Repair Department at Argus Technologies Ltd. is still expanding. We recently added a dedicated shipper/receiver and an administrative clerk to enhance our Customer Support services. To date, the Repair Department is comprised of seven senior repair technicians, two repair assistants, a shipper/receiver and an administrative clerk.

The technicians and assistants are all long time Argus employees with a combined 130+ years of repair experience. They have the experience and expertise to fix the entire family of Argus products.

In February 2006, the Repair Department moved to the Antrim Avenue facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Though there were some challenges along the way, the Repair Department has settled nicely into its new home and its repair routine. In the two years since the move, the repair team has made great strides in reducing the turnaround time for field repairs. The team can now target five business days or less!

The Repair Department is proud of its accomplishments and continues to provide Alpha Group customers with the best repair service in the industry.
