BE-PWE, a top-mount enclosure for Alpha’s PWE-3. The top-mount battery expansion enclosure (BE) increases capacity of PWE Series enclosures, providing space for three additional batteries. The BE-PWE easily and quickly attaches below an existing PWE-3 pole-mounted enclosure. The BE-PWE has several options including battery drawers, 120VAC or 240VAC battery heaters, AlphaGuard charge management system and a complement of battery cable kits. This enclosure can be added to all legacy PWE three battery enclosures manufactured by Alpha.
