Yes. Alpha Technologies Services offers product training sessions for authorized service centers, Alpha field engineers and customers who request additional technical training. Product training sessions include but are not limited to:

• Cable Power Supplies: APX, XM2, XM 60/90V, and AM Series
• Generators: Cable and Telecom 3.5, 5 and 7.5kW Systems
• Headend: AC and DC UPS Systems

Cable power supplies and generator trainings are typically offered at an Alpha facility and can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days depending on requirements. Headend power system training is generally conducted at the customer’s facility in order to provide hands-on training directly related to the equipment they operate and maintain.

These courses are intended to familiarize technical personnel with the different aspects of Alpha’s power systems. Each course is tailored to the requirements of the participants.

In addition, Alpha Technologies, Ltd. has developed a variety of DC Power System Training Courses:

• Course 1 DC Power System - Functionality and Design
• Course 2 DC Power System - Installation and Maintenance
• Course 3 Review of Customer Specific DC Power System and Components
• Course 4 DC Power System Calibration, Adjustment and Testing

These courses are intended to familiarize technical personnel with the different aspects of the Communications DC Power System. Each course is tailored to the requirements of the participants.
