Alpha extends its FlexPoint family with the addition of the FP1208-F Series, a
telecommunications grade optical network terminal power supply providing 8W of
12Vdc UPS power for RFoG applications.
The FlexPoint 1208-F meets the telecommunications industry’s most stringent requirements while providing an aesthetically pleasing solution for indoor residential installations. It includes onboard microprocessor based firmware engineered to achieve maximum battery life and system reliability.
Standby 12V power is provided by a 5Ah to 8Ah battery option, optimized by a battery management system. User interfaces include visual status indicators, audible alarm, a startup button and a multi-function silence button.
